Bentley Flying Spur facelift spied, clever camo keeps enthusiasts guessing

The Bentley Flying Spur facelift has been spied testing, but wearing just enough and clever camouflage to keep enthusiasts guessing.

The changes appear minimal at first glance. The overall silhouette remains unmistakably Flying Spur. However, a closer look reveals a few details. The front end is cleverly disguised, with decals mimicking the headlight design of the outgoing model. This hints at revised lighting underneath. The rear looks similar, with familiar shapes, but expect updated light signatures to modernise the look.

Underneath, the Flying Spur continues to ride on the Volkswagen Group’s MSB platform, shared with the Continental GT and Porsche Panamera. It’s a proven formula, and Bentley seems in no rush to overhaul it.

Powertrain changes remain unconfirmed, but the current plug-in hybrid V8 setup is likely to carry forward. That means a potent combination of a twin-turbo V8 paired with an electric motor, delivering outputs of up to 771 hp in its most aggressive form.
